Terms of service

These terms apply to Phase, a mobile game. By using Phase, you agree to them to the extent the law allows.

Use

Use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, lawfully. Don’t bypass purchase checks, interfere with its services, or copy or redistribute the game or its assets.

Purchases

Phase uses optional, one-time purchases processed by your store. Use Restore Purchases to restore them. Refunds follow your store’s process and applicable consumer law.

Rewarded ads

Phase gives temporary access in return for watching an ad. This has no cash value and is separate from purchases.

Data and availability

Scores and settings are stored locally and may be lost if you clear data or change devices. Purchases can be restored through your store account. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update Phase.

Ownership

Phase’s code and content remain ours.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.
