Privacy policy

This policy applies to Phase, a mobile game.

On your device

Phase has no accounts. Your high score, settings, selected theme, and any temporary reward access are stored on your device, along with a cached copy of which themes you’ve unlocked.

Purchase records are held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, which is how Restore Purchases works after a reinstall or on a new device.

Ads

Phase uses Google AdMob. We request non-personalized ads and use Google’s consent tools. AdMob may still process device identifiers, IP address, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps.

Purchases

Phase uses Apple or Google and RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app ID, your IP address, and purchase and entitlement data to unlock and restore purchases and to produce purchase reports. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and your store’s privacy policy: Apple or Google.

Crash reports

Phase uses Sentry to collect crash and error data (device model, OS version, app version, diagnostic details). Sentry’s default collection of personal information is disabled. See Sentry’s privacy policy.

Legal bases (EU/UK)

Contract (unlocking and restoring purchases you make), legitimate interests (crash reports, purchase reports, support), and consent (advertising, through Google’s consent tools, which you can change under Privacy choices in the game’s settings where available).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. Because there are no accounts, we may need a purchase detail to find your records. Clearing Phase’s data deletes local data only. Records held by Apple or Google follow their own policies. We can request deletion of records held by RevenueCat. Some records may be kept where needed for law or disputes.

Children

Phase is not directed at children under 13.

Transfers

Providers may process data outside the EEA under adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Changes

We’ll update the effective date when this policy changes.
